Financial Planning
Dr. Green offers an array of payment options to pay for your elected procedure. We accept ATM/Visa/Master Card/Discover/American express. Financing is available through either Care Credit or SurgeryLoans.com. Links to each of these agencies are below, and determination of your qualification for financing is easy and can often be completed in minutes. Insurance and Billing
As a courtesy we will send claims to all the insurance companies directly, even those insurance companies that we do not participate in. If you are a member of an HMO insurance please check your individual policy to make sure we are providers under your plan. If your visit must be pre-authorized please contact your primary care provider and ask their office to obtain the necessary referral authorization. Should a required authorization or referral not be received prior to you appointment, the visit will need to be rescheduled. These are the terms set forth by your insurance company and must be enforced by our office.
