Humboldt Bay Surgery Co-op
In 2008 Humboldt Bay Surgery Co-Operative was founded by Dr. Green in partnership with staff RN, Carolyn Janssen, Anesthesiologists Peter Goldberg M.D. and Miai Lee. This onsite facility is a fully accredited and licensed ambulatory surgery center. We have a state of the art facility which allows confidential, first class outpatient surgery that is performed at a fraction of the cost, and at a higher quality than hospitals can provide.
